“If you have an athlete interested in playing their sport in college, I would recommend giving Coach Jackie with Empower Recruiting a call. Coach Jackie evaluated my daughter on the volleyball court and, most importantly, gave her confidence that she could definitely play at the collegiate level. There is A LOT involved with the recruiting process. More than we ever imagined. Coach Jackie worked with our family and guided my daughter through this whole process. As a result, my daughter received many offers from college. She is amazing and will help your daughter find their fit too. Thank you Coach Jackie!!”

“She can see each athlete’s talents and listens to what they want from their college experience. Her superpower is knowing what colleges will be interested in each athlete, and which schools the athlete will be happy at. We never would have found my daughter’s perfect fit school with her!”
Rylee DeSimone, JUCO Transfer

“I wasn’t sure what to expect before meeting Jackie, and we had no prior knowledge or experience with recruitments or how to even approach the idea. Elena being able to play with Power National Volleyball Club opened up a lot of opportunities and helped my daughter become a college volleyball athlete.”
Elena Brown, York University
Volleyball (Georgia)
“I personally want to thank Jackie Arnold for the help and the guidance that she has given my daughter, Elena Brown. I wasn’t sure what to expect before meeting Jackie, and we had no prior knowledge or experience with recruitments or how to even approach the idea. Elena being able to play with Power National Volleyball Club opened up a lot of opportunities and helped my daughter become a college volleyball athlete. Jackie has done more than help Elena with her game and getting into York University, she opened herself up to Elena when she was losing her love for the game. She gave her advice and critique that Elena now brings with her everywhere. My family is eternally gratful for beign able to find someone so kind and compassionate about Elena and share their love for the game of volleyball.”

“Jackie has taken the time to get to know, not just Lily as a person, but us as a family, and because of that she has been able to see the best parts of Lily that would have been overlooked. We are so thankful for all she has done for us and we know that she will always be in our corner.”
Lily Halberg, Juco Transfer
Volleyball (Port Angeles, WA)
“My, daughter, Lily, dreamed of playing volleyball in college ever since she was 9 years old. We live in a very remote area too far from big cities and big volleyball clubs that make it difficult to get the college exposure she needs. During the pandemic, Washington didn’t have a state tournament so it was even harder to get recognized by colleges. Lily was getting discouraged and starting to think that her dream may not come true. We met Jackie, and all that changed. She gave Lily the opportunities and the road map to become a collegiate volleyball athlete. Jackie has taken the time to get to know, not just Lily as a person, but us as a family, and because of that she has been able to see the best parts of Lily that would have been overlooked. We are so thankful for all she has done for us and we know that she will always be in our corner.”
