Empower Collegiate Recruiting
Empower Collegiate Recruiting places a strong emphasis on professionalism and integrity in its scouting staff. It is important for student athletes and their families to be able to trust and rely on the guidance and advice of those who are helping them navigate the college recruiting process. It is also important for recruiting organizations to maintain high standards of professionalism and ethical conduct in order to best serve the needs and interests of student athletes. It is ultimately the goal of any reputable scouting organization to help student athletes achieve their dreams of participating in college athletics and to do so in a way that is honest, transparent, and fair.

Personal Recruiting Coach
Jackie Arnold began her sports career in softball and basketball in Youngstown, Ohio. She went on to be a collegiate basketball and softball player at the NCAA level and was inducted into the Ohio HS Hall of Fame for Basketball. She fell in love with volleyball while training with her college’s volleyball team. After graduation, she started coaching both volleyball and softball in Virginia, where she was a teacher taking the Volleyball teams to regional championships & State final 8.
